How much does it cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the job, so we assess each one individually rather than quoting a rate that turns out to be wrong. Quotes are free, clear and provided with no obligation before any work starts.
Which areas do you cover?
We service Sydney wide. If you are unsure whether your property is within range, send through your suburb and we will confirm straight away.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance on every job, and a Certificate of Currency is available upon request. Strata and property managers usually want one on file before work begins.
Do I need to be home?
For most exterior work, no, provided we have access to the areas being worked on and to a water and power point. We confirm exactly what is needed when the job is booked.
How long does a job take?
A driveway pressure wash is usually a few hours and gutter vacuum cleaning is typically half a day. Render repairs and epoxy flooring depend on the area involved and the drying time between coats. We provide a realistic timeframe with the quote.
What does a leak investigation involve?
We assess the issue thoroughly to identify the source of the water ingress, note any defects in accordance with Australian Standards where applicable, and provide a detailed report of our findings and recommendations. If repairs are needed we can carry out the rectification works as well.
Do you work with strata and property managers?
Regularly. We handle scheduled maintenance and one off remedial work, document everything with before and after photos, and invoice in a way that is straightforward to pass on to the committee or owner.
